As a mother of a daughter with Down Syndrome I want to personally thank you for all your work. I could not have raised her without all the school staff. We also lived all the difficulties of dealing with all the red tape in a school. We attended many school board meetings in order for our kids to receive what they had a right to. I loved the kids and they were my why for 7 years. I finally left due to the pay, not having insurance, and the lack of disrespect from the higher up administrators. You speak the truth. My district underpays our teachers. Teachers are not only educator's, they are babysitters, first responders, therapist and life savers!!!. Teachers are way underpaid, not respected , valued by the Distric office!!!. Teacher's have to deal with alot on a daily basis. I volunteere I my kids school so I seen it with my own eyes . I go to board meetings to fight for their pay and respect but the higher almighty just turns their head they dont care. But they don't realize that without Teachers they wouldn't have a job . Teacher's are the key to our children future!!!!. I know alot of teachers are quitting their jobs for the same reason you mention. I bow too all of you Educator's it's a hard job.

Adriana, do you think maybe you were feeling like you were letting your family or yourself down? After going to school and working your butt off for your degree it’s only natural to feel this way I would think… but then on the other side you have other great thing awaiting and you’re ALSO good at ! Great actually . Special Education is your passion but your mental well-being is your or should be your #1 priority . Your kiddos will always remember you . I definitely felt like I was letting my dad down, but I knew if I had some time my parents would see that it was all worth it. Adriana, I did the same thing this year. I quit my job because of how I was being treated but I was very worried about insurance and the benefits as well because I had really good benefits. But I took the risk and without having another job on the line because my husband me apoyo. Today I went to an interview so I’m hoping I get the job because this job will allow me to have so much more quality time with my family. Something I was barely able to have at my other job. There was a blueprint you created based off your Dad’s opinion about your life and what your career should look like. This will be the same emotions you will feel again sometime later in your life. My parents raised me the same way.I grew up getting told to work for the city or state. Today I have a flexible job with great benefits, but there’s days that I want to quit my job and do something different but I’m always worried about health insurance😩. Mental health and happiness should be your priority. As I teacher myself I TOTALLY understand you, I had to step away from my class recently due to a breakdown and stress. Working with special Ed. You made me cry! 🥺 I also work for a school district but I didn't go to college to work as an educator but after working there I have so much more respect for teachers, it's extremely overwhelming. The thought of being off when kids are off was my dream job kinda but it's been definitely hard financially because this type of job doesn't pay well and it's a huge responsibility. I've thought of quitting so many times but then I think about the kinders and I can't leave them. I just pray for strength & that I'm doing the correct thing. Love you both!

For some reason I found this video I've been working in education for the past 14 years and I find myself making a really hard decision at this time too on whether or not I should go back next year and I have to say that it's so true that I have this fear of even telling my parents because I'm a grown ass woman 2 and the first thing that they worry about is my benefits and my insurance but I also feel like it shouldn't be the only reason that I should stay I know these past two years have been really difficult both mentally and emotionally and many great educators have left. I can relate so much. I left my job of 4 years. The last year I was miserable. Out of fear of what will people think or what would be next I stayed. I realized leaving my job doesn't mean I'm a failure. It started affecting my relationship me as a mom as daughter. Overall I was unhappy everyday I walked in that door I was unhappy. I decided to leave to be happy. It was horrible at first due to the behavior I was use to from my ex boss I almost felt on edge bc she was a micromanager until I realized that part of my life is over. Im a 2nd year 4th grade teacher!!!! It’s so rewarding and tbh nobody will understand the challenges/ gifts of a teacher than a teacher. I think the kids need you. No matter what your services are aka tutoring, care taker, substitute teacher, teacher aid. You can take a part time job/ different job to maintain your gift as a special Ed teacher and as an influencer.

My husband and I spent $112K (and paid in full, thank you Lord 🙏🏻) in college degrees and now we are in completely different fields. I am an entrepreneur, but he is still careered for a big company so our main benefits come from his job even, though we pay for a Roth IRA for me. Either way, I think the biggest worry anyone has is retirement. Paying for retirement, buying land or property and being stable in our old age. I think that is where your dad's worries were. With that being said, you are not only a grown woman, but a married woman so the decision was (and is yours) to make and to discuss with Jorge. At the end of the day, you have to do what is best for you.

Not everyone is blessed to be able to have a flexible job. If I have to ask for permission to get time off for example to go to the doctor well reality check, I have to! It’s responsibility! Not everyone has a KZbin job with flexible hours. People just have to do what they have to do and ask for permission. If you didn’t like that, that’s great for you, honestly happy for you that you have that chance to fall back on KZbin and social media 👍 Just remember that not all people get that opportunity and that does not mean they don’t have goals. We all have goals and responsibilities y echándole muchas ganas!

Ay Adri no llores aunque yo llore contigo acabo de dejar mi trabajo de 15 años me sentía tan frustrada yo no tenía beneficios aunque ganaba bien me sentía detenida hacer muchas cosas y me sentía cansada Gracias por compartir esto que Dios bendiga su nueva etapa ❤️

Saves yo no lo mire así yo lo veo como que ella se sentía muy triste y en ese momento quiso expresar sus sentimientos Solá y con la cámara y el muy amoroso capto eso porque si te fijas asta dijo me pongo los audífonos para no escuchar. Ella quiere ser lo más real con nosotros y en veces si da pena expresarnos a la cámara.

Don't worry be happy, date el tiempo para ti , tu esposo, casa ,necesitas liberar todo de tu mente ,regalarte tiempo para ti,si quieres crecer de otras maneras date permiso y no estancarse así podras realizar tus proyectos, tu canal,tu tienda solo organízate y podrás realizar todas tus metas tanto a corto como largo tiempo ,así lo hice yo trabajando por 10 años deje a mi bebé de un año no comparti nada con ella pero renuncié me dijo mi esposo que el me apoyaba ,me dolió pero ahora estoy con mi hija de 11 años para recuperar el tiempo me siento rara en casa pero me gusta mucho había cosas de ella que no conocía me voy a dar tiempo con mi esposo que tampoco tuve .saludos desde Tecate BC de tu paisana de Villanueva Zacatecas ,saludos .

Awwwh it’s okay to be emotional 😭 it’s hard not trying to be attach .. When I was in high school I use to help teacher for extra credits I did it for most a whole year I was helping her with kindergarten and 1st it was sad when I left they wrote me goodbye letters I was crying when I saw the letters & if u wasn’t happy in a place u shouldn’t stay I always say that from a job u should follow ur dreams I understand ur dad and mom was on top on u but u stood up for ur self if KZbin can be a full time job and being a influencer do what makes u happy do what is the best for u and your happiness wish u all the best luck in your dreams 💕
