The run defense is the only thing this team seems to be truly lacking so far these games. Otherwise this year is gonna be a year of highlight plays. Lots of talent, tons of potential. Hoping for a bowl game appearance

I can relate so much to having the opponent backed inside their own 5 and getting immediately cooked. Assuming they're running (or using play-action), might be interesting to try this: call a heavy blitz on one side, flip to strong side if needed, and user an extra linebacker (or safety if you're confident), move to the weak side, put him on a flat (right-stick ->) or pink zone (left-stick ->) and switch back to your user. My idea is that if they run a counter or read option, you can at least have the sideline covered, while for most normal scenarios you should have the numbers on the strong side. That side, i haven't had the chance to try it yet, so it's probably just wishful thinking. The zone is just to delay the cpu's reaction to the run so he doesn't immediately run into blockers. Might even work better if their play recognition is bad. Sorry for the wall, just wanted to explain my idea thoroughly enough 😅 I've learned a ton about this game thanks to you (i still struggle on All-American tho lol), and i still enjoy watching, even if you only ran out-routes on 3rd down. Step-back cheese carries in that case :) PS. 20:56 leading the nation in total offense, passing yds, and rushing yds? You might have to add turnovers later. I could see it tbh. 😂 gL, I'll be here every step of the way!

@@PerramCrowe true as of now, for sure. Tackling's always gonna be tough earlier in the rebuild, especially on them sliders. The more guys that hit 'em tho, the higher the chance they go down. Since you don't have much quality, gotta go quantity!
