c'mon perry, from a guy with such a enormous sense of creativity, looking at our past or even present, has got to be just what it is. and no matter what influences general populations defunct belief systems have had or attempted to have, should bear only one conclusion: that it isn't everyone who gets the chance to party so hard or long and to survive. we're all heading to the same fate, i'm just glad i didn't get brainwashed about not partaking in the products of mankind's interest to step out a way from plain boring doldrums, that plague probably 95% of populations. some are inclined to contact either opiates or stimulants, it's in the genes. it's written in code. there's a reason for it. it's like racing indy cars. you can put racing fuel in it, or regular gasoline, the latter might get you a few more back of the pack finishes. but being in the lineup, you only get one shot not counting pure luck in the last lap crash.
