¿Cómo hacer que nuestros personajes persigan cierto objeto? En este tutorial animaremos una esfera y usaremos la fuerza «POP Steer Seek» para que nuestros «agentes» corran detrás de ella, ¡vaya donde vaya!
También configuraremos uno de los «agentes» para que sea el líder, y que todos los demás vayan detrás de él. Esta fuerza la usamos mucho para las simulaciones de animales, donde los más pequeños siguen al más grande, o también para persecuciones de vehículos.

Hello, if I want crowd interact with each other while walking(like encounter other person), what should I do? just slight collide not really falling down Thank you

What we usually do is fake those interactions with animation clips. So for example, you add a few «avoid» clips to your character, and then set transitions by proximity - when the characters are too close from each other, play this «avoid» clip and it will look as if they were colliding... But it's all fake. If you want them to actually collide, then you'll have to turn them into RBD (Rigid Bodies) so that Houdini can calculate the collisions. And the only way to do this while keeping your characters on their feet is with «motors». They will become ragdolls but Houdini will force them to play an animation clip. However, the result may not be what you expect because they will have a "wobbly" look. Hope it helps!

@@JuanjoMartinezVFX Thanks for the reply! I have tried what you said with rigid bodies. Yeah, it came out with wobbly look, some how look a bit weird. I want to make a crowd cheering but not puncture or intersect with each other. Maybe the best way is fake it or give it more space with each object. Thank you for the crowds series!
