I was in school late at night, going back to hostel, and I started admire the night sky, and within few seconds, coincidentally spotted a metour falling down in a streak so big and bright. It made my night so happy, and I felt so lucky to see it with my very own eyes

Thank you for posting this. I stayed up until 3 A.M. when, I was told, the best time to see the meteor shower would be. I live in the city, with streetlights outside my door. I couldn’t see anything. I decided to watch a live stream on KZbin. I clicked on one and set my computer to full screen. I watched for about half an hour and saw some amazing sights. When I finally clicked back, I noticed I had been watching a live stream from 3 years prior. I really needed to see this.

I could be mistaken, but if I'm not wrong I believe that whatever you're seeing is actually old. It takes a long time forbtheblight to travel so we can see it. so for example it could be six months ago or that, that happened even a year ago. and it's just now getting to Earth where we can see it. depending on how far it is away.
@LindemannFilmFotoDrohne

Meteors are burning up in our atmosphere. Just around 80km above us. What you see there, happens in the same moment. For objects like stars, that are thousands or millions of lightyears away, you are right.

What I don't understand is how these meteors appear to hit the earth from all directions when the debris is from a comet. Wouldn't that make you think they would all kinda hit the atmosphere heading in the same direction? Anyway, great video.
