Thank you for posting this. I stayed up until 3 A.M. when, I was told, the best time to see the meteor shower would be. I live in the city, with streetlights outside my door. I couldn’t see anything. I decided to watch a live stream on KZbin. I clicked on one and set my computer to full screen. I watched for about half an hour and saw some amazing sights. When I finally clicked back, I noticed I had been watching a live stream from 3 years prior. I really needed to see this.

I could be mistaken, but if I'm not wrong I believe that whatever you're seeing is actually old. It takes a long time forbtheblight to travel so we can see it. so for example it could be six months ago or that, that happened even a year ago. and it's just now getting to Earth where we can see it. depending on how far it is away.
@LindemannFilmFotoDrohne5 жыл бұрын
Meteors are burning up in our atmosphere. Just around 80km above us. What you see there, happens in the same moment. For objects like stars, that are thousands or millions of lightyears away, you are right.
