That is a serious boat! The VIP cabin would be a decent master cabin on most boats, then you see the owners cabin. By the time you got to the saloon, I'd seen 3 places I would have been happy to sleep😂

Jack, I've seen the 140 and found it a bit too much for my taste, this one feels like it fits me to a tea. I would have loved seeing the bow and are hoping you will get to do a seatrail someday. Great viewing keep it up, you are on the up with your videos.

Pershing hasnt been too famous in the wealthier parts of europe, but in for example Serbia they been more like bestselling yachts. May have to do with the bigger waves of the north sea that makes surface drives less attractive.

1:02 I like the darker decking as shown here *_'wet',_* rained on, or a washed down deck. I really don't care for the ubiquitous pale/natural-teak look. Why is it that I never see a dark stained teak deck , they seem to always me the lighter 'natural' shade that I don't care for? Is it just that natural teak is more widely preferred, or just not practical to have it stained?

Good to see more tests of this incredible yacht, I watched Bulleris review 10-12x and love it. Greatest boat ever, but i wonder, or i wish, will there be a Pershing 6x? Lighter, faster, easier to operate alone as ownercaptain, with size and luxury level similar to Azimut S6.

Yes there is a crew cabin, with head and shower. It is accessed from under a seat in the aft deck, it is "located" behind the master suite. You noticed the owner heads was not full beam but half beam? The other half is crew.

Great review as usual. Can you use a wider angle lens for the interior exporation? I'm not a yachter (yet), but it seems to me that not having a fly bridge would really limit your enjoyment of navigation.

This is a "performance" boat, similar to a true sports car. The Flybridge (although nice in it's intended place) would be like pulling a travel trailer hitched up to your Ferrari.

Kinda odd that the range only drops 40 nm from cruising speed to max speed. Usually those last few knots are very costly. Perhaps the true cruising speed is something like 30-35 kn.

I think so too, but if you can get 400 nm with 25-30 knots that is proper mixed cruiser

Nope, seen it reported in several places. I gets like 220-300nm range from 15kn to 50kn. No real bonus for slowing down.

what a spectacular toy.... The only down side is, it's just not a good "cruiser". It actually gets WORSE fuel economy at 15-20kn than 40kn. To get from Split to the Greek Isles would be about 800 miles or THREE tanks of diesel. And I'm not griping about the cost of diesel, it's the THREE stops you've got to make for bunkering. I can imagine the Captain starting to get nervous looking for a port every 5-6 hrs of run time. But damn, I'll take it anyways.

For over 70feet of yacht how is the maid deck interior so tiny! It struggles to get just saloon seating in it! No galley no dianette seating just a couch to sit! Look at princess s78 just a few more feet long then look at this tell me everyone would pick the princess hands down! It has bigger saloon couches it has a galley and dianette seating! And the exterior cockpit has 2 large sunpads dining and a large sports flybride and huge bow arrangement! And would not be surprised if this vessel has a bigger price tag! Seriously go look at the princess s78 then this and tell me this vessel main deck interior is a ONE BIG FAIL! For over 70 feet and a big price tag I expect much more interior volume! The interior of this looks like the inside of a sunseeker 55 foot evo! And it's nearly 20 feet longer! Don't get me wrong the pershing 8x and 9x are masterpieces but this 7x is a flop in my opinion! Happy sailing all ⚓🛥
