@adewaledamilola8495 Person centred care is an approach to nursing care/ practice so you would aim to meet patient's individual needs. It's about shared decision-making and making sure you ask patient's preferences and you view the person as a whole being. Care is personalised, collaborative, and you enable patients to be involved in decisions about their care. I hope that helps.
