Person Gets Stuck Under Bar During Bench Press - 1372066

Күн бұрынThis individual was performing bench presses at a gym. While trying to rerack the bar, they missed the rack and the bar fell on them, trapping them underneath. They tried to lift it up but were unsuccessful. They tried calling their boyfriend for assistance, but he was wearing headphones and couldn't hear them. In order for him to notice their plight, they finally tossed their own earbuds. The boyfriend's reaction was amusing when he removed the bar, since, he didn't show any remorse and appeared to have grown accustomed to seeing them in such precarious situations.

He had his own headphones in and right when he felt her second earbud hit him, he turned around and helped her right away. He didn't need to help her either. She's lucky he did with all of the bullshit gym content going around that portrays men as creeps.

Don’t need to tighten the weights into place. With them fasteners?! If you need to tilt the weight bar to get ‘em weights off = no problemo!! Especially if ur solo. It can happen to anyone of us.
