Today is a great day for Persona 2 fans. 1) Atlus recognised the duology for being the most requested Persona to get a remake (tied with P3) 2) P2 Eternal Punishment english patch for PSP is out! 3) *It's Tatsuya's birthday* (27th of July)

These games had crazy vast soundtracks for ps1 era jrpgs. Hardly any repetition outside character and battle themes, every locale with its own theme etc. Something you'd only expect from a Final Fantasy game.

ya no that would not really fit in now will it saying the plot is happening in real life not in some other worldly place and stuff. I think just having more interactions with the existing nps will be better but like......even then they all have their own little quirks

I am currently playing Persona 2 Innocent Sin (just finished Caracol) and social links? Maaaybe. Honestly I absolutely love this game without all of that. I think it would take too much from the story. Persona 3-5 are made to fit a calendar year. Persona 2 is not. As much as I would love to hang out with Eikichi, Lisa, Maya, Yukki and Jun some more, is it worth it if it takes away from the story? I don't think so.
