I totally agree with most of the posters who commented here - would LOVE to see the Crawling Chaos return in P5. It's just absurd for Atlus to have him "sitting in the bag" - so to speak, as the series best and Ultimate villain / evil force - and yet not use him again ! Come on Atlus ! Give us the epic final battle between good and evil ! Revive the darkness again, and give us the heroes of light, wielders of Persona, to fight for the future of mankind and all life, once again !

I would like to see that happen too; alas, the MegaTen franchise as a whole has been becoming increasingly garbage lately, and many of the old metaplots (the Nyarlathotep vs. Philemon conflict in the Persona games, the whole "God being evil is merely a symptom of some greater cosmic malaise" deal in the Shin Megami Tensei games. etc.) are being left in the dust as the franchise becomes more and more ifluenced by anime and memes, so that possibility is becoming increasingly unlikely.

Let it be like a SMT: 4A/F Stephen Battle. Let Nyarlathotep be like the true Stephen of Persona. With Naoya, Tatsuya, Makoto, Yuu and Akira/Ren fight him with this song as the final battle.

Were it anyone else, I'd wholeheartedly agree. However, these were the heroes chosen by Philemon, who even bested him in battle. Both might've been holding back (Philemon moreso, as he stops fooling around if you're stupid enough to use Armaggeddon against him), but seeing that Nyarlathotep used his true form (what gain would he have from lying in that account?), he didn't think they'd be strong enough to survive him fooling around in THAT form, which, indeed, due to his arrogance, led to him losing the fight and bet, as he suffered a breakdown from it. That being said, while he can be fought, defeated and sealed, he, as collective hate of mankind, has all rights to claim himself invincible.
