The guide says to reach to 31, a reasonable level at this point, for Eligor (Tower). The fact I almost forgot to fuse it and had to do an extra recording for the run, it was kind of embarrassing.
On a side note: at this point, I was getting sleepy when I got to this recording, so I made a lot of dumb mistakes.
