I believe there's a list of rules that causes Elizabeth to enter "friggin' unfair" mode, one of which is you can't nullify, reflect, or absorb anything. You broke the rule when you blocked her slash attack.

If u block, reflect or drain any attack she starts to spam diaraham and instakill megidolaon

I've never understood why she straight kills you without at least doing a Recarm or something, kicking you to the entrance with 1hp. Or at the very least we could get a cutscene of her slightly panicking afterwards.

She has more than 9999 You defeat her with Armageddon, yes, but that is at the end of the battle, not the start Since you can't block, repel or absorb her attacks, casting it beforehand will only end up in you dying in her next turn You also have to be mindful of your gear, since it has to be the stuff to protect you from instant death
