when you realize the left side of your brain controls the right and vice-versa it becomes a lot easier. just shut your eyes, focus on the muscle movements and hone in on the thoughts rather than the rhythm itself. not only will this build better hand-eye coordination but it'll also allow you to allocate more energy into the 4 remaining senses at play.
