Elizabeth's is the only one that can't miss, and that's because you have to take 3 hits during its activation pose for it to actually activate. Most of them have very long startups, and a large chunk of them are blockable. The ones that aren't are easily avoided.

They share the same music while doing an IK (same with BlazBlue when you do an Astral Heat) But I suppose there's an option to turn the IK music off (BlazBlue has that option xP)

I think Naoto's instant kill is rather uninspired.. I don't even use her that much but man, it's just a bunch of crosshairs and then she just shoots the opponent. It's an ok instant kill but definitely stands out as not being as over the top as the other ones.
