It wasn't until P3:FES that the whole dead body, living soul as a seal thing came about. Fusion spells were a game mechanic since I think P1 but most definitely since P2. Atlus said we are done with it and took it out. It is just that simple.

@WeaponXSigma Yeah because Yu Narukami is main character of Persona 4's official name and will be used in the upcoming anime starting next month. Souji Seta was a non-cannon name given to him by the people who created the manga adaptation of Persona 4, the same with Minato Arisato from Persona 3's manga. But yeah, Persona 4: The Animation is coming out early in October, also Persona 4 Vita: The Golden for PsVita and Persona 4: The Ultimate for Ps3 and 360 were announced recently as well.

men i really love these games, BUT, I greatly resent having to experience scenes like these on youtube because i really cant bring myself to do a replay on such a long game just to unlock them, i simply don't have the time, and wish they were better integrated on the main game play, or have the option of revisiting past dates.

miteruno Why not just play on an easier difficulty? That saves time as you can just rush through.

AceCanti I havent really tried some of these games on easy. I know Persona 3 is aggravating on normal but idk about Persona 4. The first two are hard as shit. Persona 5 has safe mode which is a phenomenal option for fans who dont have the time or effort.

@@SocraticMayhem persona 3 is a lot easier than vanilla 4 in my opinion but still hard in some places. Persona 2 innocent sin is so easy you don't even have to try where eternal punishment and revalations are just unfair. Persona 4 golden and 5 are quite easy as well.

AceCanti That’s a fair list. I heard at Yukiko’s shadow the difficulty spikes. For Persona 3 the difficulty were the bosses in tarturus since they have a bunch of resistances and immunities from what your party would have. With the fact you cant control them in some versions it’s just hell. But if you could beat them then the main story became a cake walk.

@unforgivingamer Minako was an adorable badass with multiple boyfriends, even a ten year old, and carried the spirit of death inside of her ten years. I think in some parallel universe Minato and Minako are twins. Not identical, but twins....Both are polar opposites of each other in terms of appearance and personality, so it could be their souls were dispersed into two different universes...thus we have the butterfly effect in P3P.

Wasn't the only reason he was capable of becoming the seal a result of finding his own answer to life? IMO a game about rescuing him from that fate (which was sort of explored in FES) would defeat not only the emotional strength behind the sacrifice, but the very reason by which it was made possible.

Minato's abilty with the wild card surpasses Yu due to the fact that it was enhanced by Death. Yu is on Aigis's level.

They technically don't fall in love but rather become very fond of the protagonists. It makes sense as Igor is the one who chooses the assistants and the shape of the velvet room depending on the protag's journey. Which means to say, he picked very compatible assistants for the protagonists.
