Robo_Kirby yeah, Persona has taught me a lot that I have to accept what I am, and try to become a better person for yourself and your friends, that you aren’t alone, and that you have every right to go your way. Edit: I did a test not so long ago to see personality and other things, and it says that I’m emotionally accomplished, 1 year ago I couldn’t say the same, but now I learned a lot, and Persona has certainly taught me how to be happy with myself. I know no one will see this but persona 4 and 5 mean so much to me I had a really bad life in 2019 my oldest brother was killed in a car crash and I was really depressed and I locked my self in my room and played a lot of games I wasn’t going to school I dropped out and played games for a year the only time I left my room was to eat and go to the bathroom and I found out what persona was my brother had persona 4 golden and I played it and when I beat that I was so happy I didn’t cry for so long and after I beat the game I finally cried and then I played persona 5 on my ps3 and I got to Futaba and when I saw Futaba and looked at her backstory I knew I needed to change so what I say is that the phantom thieves changed my heart, no persona changed my heart I’m going back and doing school now hope you all have a great life

Now that I know the translation of the lyrics to this song, it hits me so much harder than it did when I first got the true ending of the game. Like, P4G was already the first game to ever make me cry (four separate times lol) and, I was already sad enough to say goodbye to all of my friends from Inaba, but now on top of that, I think of all the times I've said goodbye to people over the years and all the fun memories I've made along the way. I'm never going to forget the fun I had with my friends in high school, and the trouble my friends and I got ourselves into in college before the pandemic prematurely made us part ways, just like I won't forget the time I spent in Inaba. I like this version over the original as well though weirdly I feel that that original version would have been better used for the Persona 4 Golden credits where as this one would have fit better with the Original credit end. This song has a slightly more somber feel to it which would have fit the original end where you solved the case but had to leave your friends, while the original song was more upbeat which fits better in the golden ending where the protagonist returns to his friends who throw him a welcome home party. At least that's how I see it.

I remember when I played this game last summer I played golden and I gotta say that I loved this game to its extent everything was immersive and I remember when nanako came back I cried cause I have a little sister and I felt that I lost her and then after defeating ameno sagiri the hardest boss at least for me (not counting Margaret) lead me to see the little face of little nanako..... Persona 4 I owe you for teaching me of how to explore myself and may some people not like me but I'll never listen to them never more thanks Yukiko Chie Kanji Naoto Teddie Rise and the best duo for the last thanks Yousuke and Narukami you taught me how to be myself and I owe you.... Thanks for existing persona 4. Wow, its already been 2 years ever since I made this comment and well... first of all i am a bit embarassed how bad my english was back then, and also, that i just rewatched the ova of persona 4 and again been reminded, honestly i've gone through so much these 2 years, i've had what i really considered my first real relationship with someone, sadly ending because i lost my way, and now, at what i can say is a bit a new era for me, is that i think... that persona 4 really saved me, it saved me from becoming adachi, never in my life have i been so close to that abyss, and i really made myself be so apart from people, i am a person that really doesn't have many friends, and sometimes i feel very isolated from the world around me and i use videogames and pop culture to get that weight off me, but if persona 4 did something right with it's main theme of finding the truth, is that it compelled me and made me become a better human being from who i used to be. At that time I was still in highschool and now i'm at what you could refer as college, and i've learnt so much about IT, but i still can't seem to have friends or people at my side, but i have learnt to live in that, that no matter if i'm alone or not, i can be happy because i know that if i try hard enough, i'll do it, and i'll finally achieve all of which i yearn for, i really do also realize i uh do not sound much like a 17 year old, but in a way it's because i've been against some real stuff, and now I think i can at least try to do good for others, so if anyone ever needs help, or if you see someone alone in class/office/wherever, go up to them, some might throw you out and tell you to piss off, but those who don't really will remember, and will at least acknowledge that they exist, that they aren't ghosts, or outcasts of society, and also will always try to be a good friend, because that's all they want, to feel real, to feel like they're a part of the world they live in. (woah i just cried a bit with that). Do not leave people to rot in the cold, make them be the humans they sometimes feel they can't be. Thank you for reading.

Persona 4 is the most special and most stand out Shin Megami Tensei game in my heart no matter how good the other Persona or Shin Megami Tensei series are. This is the only Persona game and the only video game that make me love every main character and their personality and backstories. And the game really make me felt that I really have a true bond with the gang. In my point, not matter how many sequels made in future, they cant beat how special this game is

This series has earned my absolute loyalty and devotion. You ever just play persona 4 then play persona 5 two times then replay persona 3 and then play persona 4 golden and then start replaying persona 4 golden

Beat this game for the first time a few months ago, really had to hold back tears hearing this song. I won't get into the details but so much had happened in my personal life in the time between starting the game and actually beating it, plus I can heavily relate to having to say goodbye to friends when moving away, this song perfectly conveys the feeling of "It's over now, but be glad it happened." Seriously one of my favorite songs ever written, period.
