I watched all of these videos exclusively for the SMT IV costumes, and I think the dialogue is pretty cool. Morgana is supposed to look like Burroughs who is an A.I in the samurai's gauntlets that basically functions as a navigator. She refers to the protagonist as "Master" which is why Morgana almost called Joker that. The other characters say that the outfit doesn't really seem like something a samurai would wear which is because SMT IV takes place in a medieval kingdom.

Yes, all the Royal outfits have unused dialogue as well, but these videos are only for the vanilla costumes until a Royal outfit backport mod is released.

I don't know if you found out in the last 3 months, but you go to the entrance of mementos, and one of the options should be to change the bus design. You do need the DLC, though that might be obvious.

Yes they do; as I said, the translations will take time since the translators/editors I'm working with complete their work at different speeds.
