Follow up attack is not appearing When I attack at 1:28

Move the bottom character closer. Ensure they have 2x follow up attack in their skill tree unlocked. (Right hand side) If you don't have enough skill points, unlearn another skill that's not as important.

They really went out of their way to make these quests as annoying as possible... Why do so many of these quests involve defeating like a dozen enemies in one turn? These aren't exactly fun because it feels more like an arbitrary puzzle instead of a strategy game.
