She also, the first time she dips below 10000 HP, heals herself to full automatically. Every time thereafter, she heals below 9000. The only way to beat her is to drop her below 10000, drop her down again BETWEEN 9000 and 9999 so that she doesn't heal, THEN finish her with Megidolaon. Without dying to her very powerful spells you aren't allowed to negate, absorb, or reflect. Without any party members. Without taking longer than 80 turns. Liz is the hardest fight in Persona and probably around the second-hardest in SMT as a whole. She cannot. Be. Cheesed.

Messiah is a persona you get at the very end of P3, and only if your character is past level 90. The practical way of getting to that point (i.e. without grinding your a$$ off in Tartarus) is to take Elizabeth's request to kill the Reaper, and then clearing the dungeon that opens up afterwards called "Monad", which is full of level 90+ enemies.
