Ladyboys were born in a male body and they struggle with that their entire life. They spend thousands and thousands of dollars on surgery and hormone therapy throughout their life. It's not just about having one surgery and then....boom you're a woman. It's an ongoing process throughout their lives that is extremely costly. Weight gain in the stomach is another huge issue as it is with most men when they hit their 40's and 50's. Their hairline starts to recede even though they are taking estrogen therapy. It's an ongoing struggle as they age to maintain the look of a female....and as they reach their late 40's, it's an impossible battle to win.
