Dear Arya whenever you are replying any answer it has to be in a good shape. When you answer that you are 'straight forward and energetic'' it seems like you are casual. So whenever you are telling the panel about your strength it should be something which should make your chances of getting selected stronger and you should have few stories in your life which shows that you really imbibe those strengths. But that never mean that you should lie or you should try to pretend. The more you are honest in front of panel, everything will keep moving and it will keep you as well as interviewer relaxed which is very important.
