I don't think you're any less than harshit, being someone who had an ldr and being extremely understanding and i can bet on this that it takes 2 to maintain a successful relationship be it ldr or live-in. How do you bounce back to your energy. I don't know how to make friends as adults..I used to be this happy person..but broken friendship, losing a parent, break up and a troublesome relationship with my mother has broken me down completely. I am literally exhausted and tired of everything. Considering going to therapy but I keep getting suicidal thoughts and I feel I have no one to talk to sometimes.
