OK, the amount of dislikes really disappoints me, because your comments are actually very well-written and not at all mocking any singer. For the ranking, fine.....I saw a lot of 'unique' voices in the top 10, but I'm glad that this 'uniqueness' thing didn't took over your top 3, many people just put up an old-sounding voice at the top calling it 'unique', whereas the voice-acting should also be taken into account... :)

As usual -clap clap clap- Oh your videos have never made us disappointed! The editing, just WOW! I love how you put the design of Frozen's ending credit in this ranking. Wish I could be as creative as you :( I disagree with Finnish, Hebrew and English. Oh, Véronique too. Btw Véronique would be on my first place of my Elsa's ranking if she was Elsa. Goodnesssssss! She is PERFECT as Elsa IMO I would put Japanese lower and German higher because they should be like that. (I guess that is a concrete reason HAHAHA.Just kidding) But the ranking is yours :) Agreed with Bulgarian and Ukrainian. Agreed with Croatian and Slovak too. Although they sound weak but their voice are gold. They can stabilize the 'heat' of their 'sister' And now I just realised how beautiful is Portuguese Anna is. Appa21 Thanks a lot :) I agree she's great as Elsa, and she has a great singing voice, don't know why she changed it, to french ears it becomes highly annoying after a while. The first time I've heard Malay, I was like : that's the Anna I wanted, she's perfect ! Don't understand not everyone love her lol. It's true that DVD pitch made her - just like Emmylou - more babyish and people have wrong opinions then, that's too bad, in normal pitch they're perfect ! Malay dub of Frozen is GOLD! What an unusual ranking, and that's amazing! I have disagreements, but that's your opinion. I'm glad that I'm not the only one who is a big fan of Carmen López, or Vássia x3 I'd put Malay, Swedish & Flemish lower, and Japanese, English and Latin Spanish higher. Coincidentally I upload my Anna ranking just 24 hours after you do ;D And I'm honestly so surprised at how much we have in common in a lot of the same low places! That Veronique clip you played :OOOOO She sounded really really good. I like Veronique as she is in Frozen, but if she sang with some middle ground between her cute/fake and that deeper voice from the parody clip I bet she'd be AMAZING. I guess all the middle bits of your ranking are a bit of a scramble on if I agree or not...but I do agree with the general sentiment that a lot of Annas are GOOD, but maybe not quite special enough. There are a few really cool unusual voices she has (Greek and Arabic come to mind) but I find some languages really played it safe and chose a very talented singer who has a beautiful but common-sounding voice (Hebrew comes to mind). I start agreeing again in your top 10 mostly because of a couple of uncommon favorites that we both seem to appreciate :D You saying Serena and Vassia sound alike made me rethink my feelings for Vassia. I agree they have similar voices but there's one major thing that sets them apart, and it's that Vassia has a deep, heavy, solid voice and Serena's is much more nimble and airy. AH I ALSO LOVE THE 'MAI MAI' THING!!!! Not surprised by your number 1 at all :P I've grown to like her quite a bit. I agree about the do you wanna build a snowman thing, I think that's my favorite singing bit from her, and I enjoy her talking too.

When I saw this in my subscriptions list, the first thing I thought was “I bet Emmylou Homs has the top spot!” and I wasn’t wrong! She’s not my favourite, but I honestly can’t blame you for putting her there, she is amazing! First big disagreement; Finnish; I love her, but I respect your opinion. Also I’d place Quebec French much higher; she’s my second favourite! Also I think Icelandic deserves higher, especially when you compare her to her sister! English low :/ I was hoping she’d make the Top 10, mais c’est la vie! I’m very glad Ukrainian is high though, she’s very underrated! Finally Portuguese and Greek get some love; they are underrated even more so than Ukrainian. Oh how I love the Italian dub! Anyway sorry for this essay; great video as usual!

Eadie Stroud Lol sorry, Emmylou is my favourite French voice as people already know and she's one of my favourite dubbing voice, I love her. I guess I'm the only one not liking Finnish to death. I have the impression so many people love her because she's a Disney fan.. Yeah I understand for Quebec French, as I said, she's good in the start for me, then she becomes annoying and weird, but I think only a French speaking person can hear it. Emmylou is totally the best who did speaking and singing, but for my number one singer Amylea is her! Emmylou is my second overall. I like Carmen too, she is my 14 also, people say she sounds fake, but because it is her real voice, she's great! And since she has no songs from herself, she is always immitating singers to sound the closest as possible. Hibana Koseki No, I've heard her sing live, and she sounds much more like her Elsa than her Anna. In the videos you linked, in the first one she's imitating Edith Piaf and that's why she sounds a bit more like her Anna, and second, those videos are from 2008, she was much younger, now she's in her 30s and her voice has aged, and she's clearly changing her voice for Anna. That's good I guess to fit the character, but for me it makes her sound fake after a while, you can hear it's not natural ...

YES!! Romina as one of the lowest, I knew I wasn't the only one! I'm really agreeing in the low places, wow! Well, Deniz and Bernadett would be higher for me I guess, but yes, Danish, Slovene, so true! I used to have Saara on around the same place you have her, but then I realized how similar she sounds to Maria Ylipää, whom I love with all my heart, so I can't be rough on her. Then we get to a lot of forgettable voices where I agree again for every one of them expect for Korean, Quebec and Putonghua. And then the Kristen bomb was dropped. Lol I didn't think it would be a bomb, not because she's original that she's the most awesome ^^ As I said, and as you said perfectly, she's standardly perfect. Wow! Quel speech sur Emmylou! J'admets que si j'ai une horreur absolue de la voix d'Anaïs pour Elsa, Emmylou (et Véronique presque autant), sonne complètement naturelle pour Anna. Elle partage la 1ère place avec Mimi, parce que la version Suédoise est parfaite de bout en bout pour moi. Personally I put her a bit higher as she is in my top 5 Polish voices, but it's okay, of course :) You editing changed quite a lot, but it's still perfect and professional. My favourite background was this with the trees (from 39 to 34). No, you're not alone with Finnish :). She is one of the most loved Annas and Finnish voices, but to be honest her voice is very uncontrolled and agressive for me :/. Your nmmber one is very good, but I don't put her that high as she is too sweet for my taste, what bothers me a lot. However, I can't deny she sings and acts very very well :). I disagee with some versions like Canadian French, Korean, Latvian, Russian, Cantonese and Swedish being that low as I totally love them, and Malay, Arabic, Croatian and Vietnamese being so high as they are not so great for me. Fantastic and beautiful video as always and I can't wait for Elsa raking! x)

I disagree when you say Emmylou is more sincere and natural as Anna than Kristen. Kristen is the original voice, true, but she embodied her in every way, every breath, she almost created Anna. For me Kristen = Anna. I've never felt such a big connection between a character and a dubber (excepted Paige O'Hara and Belle, what a perfectly amazingly awesomely voice for her), Emmylou is a great but Kristen is on another level.

I think you're a little too subjective. And I don't think the fact that Emmylou sang for child-Anna is a good thing. It proves that Emmylou has such a too young voice for Anna, even if she is 19. No matter if she is 13,19 or 40 years old, her voice is still too young, cute and sugary for a such modern and rebel princess. Kristen nailed this side perfectly : she sounds bubbly, youthful, emotional, powerful, with personnality and elegance. A perfect voice for this princess. There's no voice who can beat Kristen in term of embodiement of Anna. And that's an objective judgment.

charguigou Je suis désolée mais j'essaie justement d'être la plus objective possible. Certes Emmylou a le même âge qu'Anna, mais ça n'a pas de sens de dire que tel doubleur peut jouer tel personnage juste parce qu'ils ont le même âge.. C'est la voix qui compte, et non le physique. Donc je reste sur mon avis, Emmylou a certes 18 ans mais sa voix est bien trop juvénile et mignonne pour la personnalité d'Anna. Il faut avant tout que la voix corresponde à la personnalité, même si il y a des exceptions. Disney France a voulu comme à son habitude, choisir une voix de princesse typique qui au final donne l'impression qu'Anna est une fille girly et mignonne, insouciante et presque énervante, tout le contraire de Kristen qui lui a donné de la modernité, de l'humour, du caractère, de la personnalité et de l'élégance. Et de manière objective, Kristen est bien meilleure actrice et chanteuse qu'Emmylou. De plus justement le fait qu'elle soit capable se chanter pour une enfant d'environ 13 ans montre bien que sa voix est trés jeune et donc trop jeune pour Anna.. Là où Kristen, à 33 ans, avait la voix parfaite pour elle.

She has a LOT of roles where she sounds amazing, but as Anna( at least her singing) is very liveless to me( her speaking parts are better IMO), in FTFTIF reprise she is like "talking" while Elsa is REALLY singing. You perfectly sumed up my opinion on Véronique. It's a shame because I truly think she could be a great Anna :/ and I was surprise to hear she actually can sing very well when she's not faking her voice ^^ Also agree on English. I really enjoyed her but now I find her a bit too old sounding for Anna. I loved Pia's Rapunzel and I think she's even better as Anna for some reason (because honestly, I think she sounds exactly like her Rapunzel ^^ I don't know why it works better here). I thought you liked deeper voices and then you had EU French in first place. I a bit surprised you didn't have Swedish in the your top 5 since you like EU French so much. I mean both don't have that deep voices, both were 19 in 2013, both have great speaking voices and both made great performances. I Prefer Swedish though because in the EU French she sounds a bit powerless/not sure of herself which I don't think reflects the character that well. I mean Anna, in my mind, is the type that gets things done. It's actually a pretty common thing with the lighter voices. So I like Swedish's middle ground here, not deep voice, nearly perfect age, great performance, fitting voice, great speaking voice and, of course, she sings with confidence when appropriate.

Anyways, I don't know, it might have been good to state whether how deep voice was going be an important factor or not (it is for me at least). But anyhow, would you agree with me about EU French's voice actor's lack of confidence? For me at least, that's the dealbreaker I have with the EU French version. Not to say that she's bad, she probably my favorite light voiced and unsure sounding Anna, so I am not judging her too hard for it.

Mahmoudreza Farzanegan I just love her as much as before; just like Amylea, I fell in love with Marsha the first time I've listenned to her ! And I was surprised because at first, in the first ranking of Elsa at the beginning of 2014, Malay wasn't so high, people didn't seem to notice her, while she's clearly amazing !
