Incredibly fair ranking. I mean take Swedish as an example, you don't like her that much yet you can still recognize what's good about her. Some of these are really where I would also put them like Arabic. You really presented your opinions really well and put it well the good and bad. You gave a lot of critics which I probably enjoy more than people saying all good to every version. I don't if that says more about me or other people, to be honest.

Well, I didn't expect the Russian one to be so low, but it's okay. Even I don't find her interesting and memorable at times. Great ranking (and edition is amazing ^^)! And what I love about it most is that my favorite Slavik versions are really high. Btw, I'm absolutely agree with your number one. Though Nesma will always be my personal number one, Jobelle is awesome!

Absolutely love your top 3, I think the big difference is Greek would be number 1 and Cantonese at number 3, because Sia is and always has been my ultimate favourite. I would probably also put both Mandarins a bit higher instead of Slovak or Latvian, but that is just me. If we were just basing this on Let It Go and not fitting or other songs, I think Estonian Elsa would be top 3 or even the best, her final note is outrageous!!!!!!! On a separate note, am I crazy or do French and Italian seem very similar at points? I am a French speaker and I can understand a fair bit of the Italian version.

I never thought of Anaïs and Serena sounding alike tbh, I guess maybe they do slur some of their l's, like when they sing "in the light of day" with French it's like "comme je llllllllll'ai rêve" and with Italian it's like "Ecco qua llllllla tempesta che" but I dunno, I personally never made that big a connection, probably because my opinions on the two differ so much :)

Oh, I actually meant the French and Italian languages themselves, I should have been more clear. Either way, I personally way prefer the Italian one, even if she is considered to be "too old" vs Anais being "too young"

Well, French and Italian are both in the same language category, and they both share some similarities in the words so it make sense that they remind you of each other. I do totally agree that the Italian one is better, but I never thought Serena to be too old personally, and I know someone who speaks French who said that the way Anaïs' pronunciation sounds makes her sound a lot more mature than most foreign people give her credit for :p

I would agree, Serena doesn't sound old to me, but as a French speaker, Anais does sound young, and her accent is kind of strange. Then again, I was raised speaking Canadian French and English and I have only been studying Parisian French for 3 years, so I may be a lil crazy :). I must say though, I am gaining more respect for the Putonghua voice as well, I forgot to mention her, but I think she is somewhat underrated, she strikes me as one of the first strong Mandarin/Putonghua voices (other than Putonghua Ariel, she is fantastic!).

This ranking has great editing, and funny comments! I don't know why but I just cannot stand Maria Lucia, she sounds so pretentious and b*tchy to me, in my ranking she is down around 34-36th place. Marsha is still my favorite Elsa, I just feel so many emotions and the special way that she sings with a poppy style yet with such power and gorgeous vibrato (she is obviously an incredibly talented singer) is fantastic! The only other versions of Let It Go that I belt out along with are Lithuanian

Thanks :D We definitely disagree on Maria Lucia it seems, what you may seem as pretentious and bitchy I see as confident and independent, so our opinions do differ there. That said, with Marsha I totally agree, I love her singing and that power and vibrato is superb. I love her in her live covers, she always nails that final high note! :D

Her voice is amazing, and I agree about Finnish. I've never liked her. At least in this movie, she sounds like a normal human being unlike in MLP where she sounds like a dying whale. And it's made worse by the fact that Pinkie's singer goes almost entirely unrecognized except for like three credits. And you know what? If this had been Saara it probably would have been my favorite version. Finland: USE YOU ASSETS!

Part 2 - you really are the new Maison when it comes to how much we agree on stuff, only now are we reaching Disagreement 3 - Ana Encarnaçao. I love when people quote me lol it makes me feel so innovative. I like Nikolett because she matches her sister amazingly and because her voice style is like me. I also grew to like Vietnamese a lot on my travels, I never paid it much attention but I would rarely skip it on my MP3 during flights and bus rides. Most of my FAVY Favorites seem to be in your 20-10 zones. I'm so edgy that I'm actually annoyed so many people like Nesma now because I liked being original by liking her! But at least I still have Nushka and Monika. Agree on Gam being almost better in English - it's only the accent that makes it not even better than her movie version. Ooh we have Mikha on the same slot :) I appreciate both Willemjins for different strengths. After seeing the full film in German her 'ich bin frei' is SO satisfying, it felt like you were waiting the whole movie up til then just for that last chorus and it was perfect. Your number 1 is REAL.

I see your point on Hindi, but like I could also come up with voices that would have been so much better, like Mulan's, Meg's or of course Marianne!! She has proven better than anyone that her voice is able to fit a lot of characters, and she recently had done Tiana so that would've been decently awesome. Hahaha, oh right, that Evil Elsa thing sure worked perfectly with Olha! I do have my problems with Girmante and Nushka, but they both have their major upsides that I totally had neglected in the past, so I definitely grew to like them more and more over time as well. I believe that the English "Let it gowr" was actually a discussion that was happening on Facebook a while back and I was like wow that is so true I never noticed and now I just hear that every time I hear her. Lol, well princess Dalma does have a nice ring to it! As someone who has never seen any Star Wars film I can't really judge on how Leia would sound like tho :\ Yeah, I really had to quote you on Serbian though because up until your ranking I always felt strangely alone when I thought that Serbian was slightly overappreciated, like why did she for a while take over that "most popular Elsa" spot without many competitors, is it me that is missing something here, but your comments described perfectly how I felt which is why I was able to put her a place I felt she deserved to be. Yeah lol I feel the same way, I also feel so protective when I see all of a sudden that other people start loving one of your fave versions, I have that with Latvian Elsa, so petty but I can't help it! Wowww, there's so much time since last time I comment on a video of yours!! LOL at the thanking Antonela thing. I've never liked Soren, her voice is so over the top annoying! I find Gisela quite enjoyable actually. I like the hindi one, even though she doesn't fit Elsa at all IMO. Agree from everything from 42 to 39, as I said, I really like Gisela. And then about Lisa... never been a big fan of her, but I don't think I would put her that low. She'd be like around 30 for me. Mona doesn't sound all that much like Idina imo, but I agree with what you said. She pushes her voice to the limit way too much through the song. I like Anais, and I also like Takako. Ughh Begum is just so damn annoying! Agree from everyting from 32 to 27. I really like Idina though! Her voice sounds good in Elsa IMO even though she is really annoying. I don't like Dalma, her voice sounds kind of manly to me, something that could fit to Ursula, but to Elsa? Hell no. NOO I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ANA ENCARNAÇÃO! She is just so expressive, the way she sings, it's so beautiful and it fits my idea of Elsa. The serbian one i used to love but now it just feels like it's good. OMG I didn't her name was Jelena! I'm not a fan of Justin Bieber or Selena Gomez (she can't sing IMO) but when this came to my head I just had to say it xD I loove Kasia! I mean, I don't know if she is still in my top 5, but at least in top 15 she is! I hate Nikolett. So whiny and annoying. Agree with everything from 20 to 16, other than I put Nesma higher and maybe Duong a little lower. Jolanta so high! I really like her, she sounds so cute and fragile but that always was a valid way of thinking about Elsa IMO. I like the Korean voice, but not too much. Thai is just so amazing, she is top 5 material to me. The mandarin one is kinda lame to me. I love Marsha, but the overused autotune in that version kinda puts me down. MIhka's great, and so is Andrea, but I don't care that much about them. Elke is amazing, her fitting is 10/10 and her voice is just so

I like the idea of Dalma as Ursula tho, sounds like a pretty cool idea with her echo-y singing though honestly I think she'd make an interesting, more mature than usual voice for Ariel as well. Jelena haha, I never would've made that link tbh because those two people haven't been together in like fifty years (my estimations are accurate af trust me :3) and yeah I don't like Selena Gomez' singing, I waaay prefer Demi, but I do consider Come & Get It a major guilty pleasure of mine, just like JB's What Do You Mean? Man, I feel like I have PTSD from some trolls back in the early Elsa days that would attack anyone who said Nikolett was whiny or annoying, but I'm glad those days are over! I get that her voice sounds like an Everest higher than all the other Elsa's but I think high-pitched is really her defining characteristic more than whiny. I like Come and Get It way more than " hands to myself", but I don't think Selena sounds good at all. I think Demi Lovato, Ariana Grande, Jessie J and Adele are the greatest singers who are still pretty famous nowadays. I really like Rihanna too, and I also like some of JB'S songs, like 2 years ago I would never think this would happen xD Ohh those days, like back in 2014 or 2015, right? yeah, Nikolett was really toughly defended in a way you couldn't stand it. I like Demi's voice a lot, same for Ariana, never been a big Jessie fan, the last song I can remember she made was that song for Pitch Perfect 2 which I thought was incredibly boring. Rihanna is bae though she does have her bad songs as well, she just has sooo many goddamn singles all the time I find it hard to love or hate her. I will never like the Biebz but I do like the lyrics of What Do You Mean? I don't like the lyrics to Sorry in the slightest and I hate how Love Yourself sounds even though everyone goes crazy for those two songs :P

Hmm, sorry and love yourself are pretty ok imo. What I meant with "greatest ainger of this generation" is that those singers can actually sing pretty well, unlike a lot of others. (Katy, Selena) who just use autotune (Britney). I like Jessie J but not too much, I like bang bang, domino, and the rest is not as good.

Hm, that's true. Actually I love a lot of Katy Perry songs but the thing is that she's only good when the studio processes her voice to death, so yeah Jessie J is the better singer of the two but I waaay prefer Katy's songs (her old songs though, not the post-Dark-Horse era). But yeah I do like Domino, probably my favorite Jessie J song!

Actually, I like slovene ver. and lithuanian ver. too. Although some people take them last ranking. but I like Nuska and Girmente voice. They may old sound and nasal but I love their performance. They do very good. ^^ but Nuska does rather bad in FTFTIF (Reprise) It's weak and not powerful. but she is excellent in FTFTIF and Let it go. and Girmente does rather bad in FTFTIF. It's strange and old sound. but she is amazing in FTFTIF (Reprise) and Let it go. her sound is rather softer and younger sound than FTFTIF.

You have no idea how annoying it was to see your ranking in my subs list and not watch it because it's not available on phone. And being so pressured by the pressure of exams that you can't even spare a few mins to get the laptop :P I'm so unattached to Elsa's voices now to an extent that I wasn't able to tell Willemijn ( in Dutch) and Elke apart (in another video), that much xP I get most of the low placements, though I'd put Bulgarian higher. I don't know about French, I do like her but as you said there's nothing so surprising about her performance.This sounds mean, but I'm glad to see Finnish not so high, never been a fan of her. Polish used to be my ultimate fave before, I genuinely don't know whom is my fave now! Glad to see Indonesian so high, she's amazing. I'm a little indifferent towards Slovak. Swedish

LOL, except I know EXACTLY how that feels because I have my final tests next week and there are like six rankings in my sub box right now that I can't even watch in good conscience xD I don't think I'd actually describe any of my top 5 voices as flawless, and Danish and German also have their negatives, but honestly if there were one that I can't think of anything bad to say about it would probably be Italian :P And yay for Cantonese, definitely the best Cantonese voice for me too. I think my 3 biggest disagreements here are Nataša, Gisela’s Castilian and Nadezhda. They totally nailed it IMO. Other disagreements are Sarina (Soodeh is the speaking voice), Sunidhi, Lisa, Mona, Anaïs, Matsu, Begüm, Hanna-Liina, Ol’ha, Nuška, Dalma, Jelena, Katarzyna, Duong, Hu Wei-Na, Gam & Marsha which would stand higher for me. Your number one isn’t really my taste, unfortunately. I know so many love her, but she isn’t really for me.

I'm just baffled by the support that Natasha has gained for her Elsa, like I remember when nobody liked her and now people suddenly think she's bursting with passion and feels and they love her, times are changing. I vastly prefer Agusta's Punzie too, but her Elsa does have its underrepresented good sides imo. I actually had Ukrainian a lot higher last time, and in a world where fitting isn't an issue I don't think she'd be that low for me either because her Let It Go is bae. Yeah, Slovene was admittedly dead last in my original ranking so I had to make it up to her! Thank you :D

I think I could agree with you on every single word and placement up til 37 . Except maybe I wouldn't call Hindi 'disappointing' because it could have been so much worse if a voice like Ariel's or Anna's or Rapunzel's or Cinderella's....basically any of the voices we got so far from Hindi wouldn't have worked so it was not 'disappointing' tho I still don't love it. Can't disagree on Anais, her speaking bits are among the best but she doesn't wow me with her singing and there are a few shrill moments I really don't like. I legitimately can't say I disagree with any placement up til place 33. Like even more I agree with - it was ME who did the Evil Elsa concept with Olha - I think had Elsa been a villain that cast wouldn't have changed! and I was drawn to Katja because I knew her from MLP but I didn't think she worked for Elsa. Slovene is only the second major disagreement, since I grew to love that one over the past little while.Tho the 'tell the guards to open up...' line you used is absolutely one of her worst bits in her whole performance. I totally agree with putting Girmante back to back with Nushka, they're so similar! And with English ohhh yes the way she pinches off her 'O' sounds, like 'Let it Gowr' I don't like it, it's up their with the way Anais is like 'LiberAIS deliverAIS' I have renewed liking for Dalma because hers is the voice I pictured in my Star Wars/Frozen crossover haha (The Elsa voice I thought would match best to princess Leia, tho Slovene was a possible choice too.) The font name is Gabrielle, though I'd suggest not using it for the names of the singers, because there aren't many accent letters like š or ć in that font, I had to create fake accents to use in this vid :P
