Can you think of the state and fate of the sheep of a congregation if the Pastor or leader doesn't have the personal relationship with the Lord! Preaching, teaching and celebrations are excellent , that's why every leader in the church are becoming good at preaching and splitting the church. Jesus should become the model to the Pastor/ preacher and his family so that the innocent sheep follow the Lord. Let us first live like Jesus our Lord . A great burden is placed on us and a great privilege given to us. People, children or elders imitate and emulate the leader. Preacher and teacher has this privilege. I love you.
