Personal rings setup in Filofax Metropol - dreams, goals, projects and tasks

Hi Kati, just stumbled across this video. It was a breath of fresh air! No cutesie and needlessly painful "aestheticness". All just functional. I loved your goal/project planning. I realised earlier on in life that i needed just a to do list app on my iPhone for task tracking. But i have a LV PM agenda to organise my goals and ideas, which i believe are far more valuable than mundane tasks. So it was really enriching to see someone else's planner filled with their goals and broken down to tasks. I would LOVE to see many more such videos from you. TFS! :)

Oh, thank you so so much for your kind words 🙏🏻 I really appreciate them and I promise that more videos are coming. I just took a little break from everything in the last weeks and got some new clarity in my plans and goals. And I'm glad to hear that someone appreciates my system without all the cuteness 😌 Your system sounds wonderfully simple and great 👍🏼 What to do list app are you using? I have tried many of them but still prefer pen and paper.

I use the 4 year planner to track the holidays of the school of my kids. And the yearly tracker I use to track my holiday hours. I really like your setup. Very nice :).

Thanks for sharing! It is so well thought out. I love it. On your long pull out calendars, what if you track when you post in one color and maybe subscriber milestones, like every 25 in another. Food for thought. ❤

Thank you so much :) I just drew the two missing maps which became goal maps so now I can start working towards my goals and I feel this planner will be a great companion. That is a good suggestion, thank you - I will ponder that 👍🏼
