@@cantbebothered9818 in the current climate yes, high price + high interest rate. Although you can argue that no one can predict the future and get in now to be in a position to gain equity in a few years time.

Land tax should be levied equally on all land based on it's assessed market with no exemptions, as it's a tax on a value created by others on something fixed in supply economists like it as it doesn't distort incentives, we shouldn't really have to tax anything else..
