Lexis, this is brilliant ! am proper fante man but lots of respect for Asantehene, and the wife I was fortunate to be in business class Ghana airways with Asantehene to Baltimore from Accra about 20 years ago. He had a little chat with me and was told to go down on my knees , the wife was amazing am glad to watch this as I always wondered if they had any kids. She is done very well and am very proud of her. He actually asked me to come back to Ghana after my studies and help my motherland. Brilliant King he is.

The answer is No. Her biological fathers is Nana Akwasi. A brother to the current Ashanti king. She right to call the king her father absolutely, but he is not her biological father.
