I am a subscriber paying $89 a month, and I only use the Dubbing Translation feature. It's been about 8 days since I subscribed, but the video I uploaded for dubbing translation hasn't progressed beyond 1% since August 16th, Korea time. I sent messages to Heygen to resolve this issue, but after explaining the problem, they intentionally didn't respond. I can check whether they are active or not in the Messages window, and they were active. Since they wouldn't respond at all, I created a new account and uploaded a video for dubbing translation, and that video is being processed even though it's a free subscription. Even though I'm paying $89, my video wasn't processed, but the free account's video was.

I canceled my subscription inside the platform last month and they charged me again anyway, but it doesn't stop there. Into my account history I have paid for 4 months for a 15 minute credit. Actually, 3 monthly payments paid, with the exception of this one (march 2024) now that I'm asking for cancellation and refund. By my calculations (and by the calculation of anyone who knows how to add), this is the equivalent of 45 minutes of credits for video generation. My total video generation history was exactly 9 credits, equivalent to 9 minutes. Where the hell did the other 36 minutes go? But well, they say that your credits doesn't count from one month to the next!!

the tools seem to be amazing. The team is amazing, but one person is so customer-incompatible that it is nearly impossible to work with them and feel good.

as much as your technology is good, your customer service is completely shit and i wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with you. can't believe i'm a paying customer who can't work because of a bug that someone (probably a bot) from your end told me you'll get back to me with a fix asap, it's been 3 days and no answer! try learning customer assistance again, maybe you'll get it right next time, SMH

I completely understand where you're coming from and, sadly, I'm in the same boat. Despite their cutting-edge technology, their customer service leaves much to be desired. It's been 7 days for me with no reply, and I'm also a paying customer stuck because of a bug. It's incredibly frustrating to be promised a quick fix and then to be met with total silence. Clearly, there's a significant gap in their customer assistance that desperately needs addressing. SMH, I share your disappointment and hope they take our feedback seriously.
