It would have helped to know beforehand that the new simplified unit costs only apply PRIOR to GAP and cannot be used for a funded project that has already started. Thank you.

That was a nice presentation to clarify the unit rates, thank you. Interesting to learn what do you think about a unit rate calculated over staff organisation where trainees are not numerous but the majority of staff and person-months receive times lower salaries than those of superiors, who are a minority, and are not always directly involved - not in the majority of their time - in EU funded projects, so that the unit rates will actually pay the salaries of the higher rank people who work less or none on the projects?...
