I noticed many videos on supply chain are explained by people with Indian accent. I guess they are very good in these sector. Thank you for your explanation and intelligence, my Indian friends. That’s the beauty of KZbin: sharing knowledge.

As a native English speaker, I must concur with other commentators, while the information presented is interesting and well-developed, the accent, echo and other auditory distractions diminish the value of an otherwise excellent presentation. A written text attached below, subtitles or a text-speech program would help to greatly enhance this presentation.

I understand her quite well. I understood everything she said. I think people for some reason have to have an english accent for that person to be "understood".

Actually i can understand her very clearly. Maybe because i am used to work and live around people and not native speaking English. Still the info came across clearly thank you for posting

No offense, but I wish the accent was a little more understandable, or that you talked slower. Or maybe, you added subtitles. Just a suggestion. Thanks for the video, though!

You are plotted the chart as AON and AOA. But CPM and PERT are two different concept beyond your understanding. In PERT diagram, activity time will indicate three dimention of time and we must calculate the expected duration (mean time) using the three dimension. CPM simply indicating the activity time as fixed.

Abhishek it’s a waste. The Word ‘Critical’ in project management is from the point of scheduling.. the ones that ARE on the critical path. It’s the PATH that tells you that the activity is critical because as delay in it will directly impact the schedule. This video is absolute Mumba-Jumbo and some parts are outrightly wrong. (I have handles million dollar projects since late 1990..I trained more than 2000 project managers).
