Perth, Western Australia (4K urban scenic drive)

It is July 2022, middle of the winter, blue sky and 20 degrees. We take a scenic drive from Perth to Fremantle and then along the coast to Cottesloe.
Our journey begins in Kings Park near Giant Boab tree 'Gija Jumulu'. From here we drive through Kings Park down to Crawley and The University of Western Australia. We continue driving along right bank of the Swan River through Nedlands, Dalkeith, Claremont, Peppermint Grove and Mosman Park down to Fremantle. Freo's 'Cappuccino Strip' is bustling with people. After a couple of circuits through Fremantle, we head back north along the coast towards our final destination, Cottesloe beach.

Hi...so satisfying driving really fun giving us opportunity to explore new places and discover fresh sights and sounds. Certainly driving influences our mood...so relaxed plus dedicated drive gives happiness and contentment. While moving around mind automatically produces new ideas and links with the missing insights. This drive has so much fascinating history, would be better than music. For starters the rare tree in the opening shot was moved thousands of km to its present location. A road was going through its original location so they saved it and moved it by road to Kings Park.

I knew it was a special route, because Mosman Park is a very expensive neighborhood. Was also looking at houses on the South side of the Derwent River, and in Dalkeith. The prices were quite premium, so I presumed that the neighborhoods were also.

Actually only the side of Mosman Park near the river is expensive. Much of the suburb is quite modest housing - bought my first house there & I was of very average means financially.
