PERTHES DISEASE(AVASCULAR NECROSIS) OF RIGHT FEMORAL HEAD.

14 years old boy presented with chronic right hip joint pain without any causative factors-----NCCT scan of right hip joint(Bone algorythm shows Type III Avascular Necrosis changes in right femoral head, evident distortion of femoral head contour, flattening with multiple cortical fractures of femoral head, sclerotic change in head. No significant abnormality of right hip joint.
