I just got back from my first South America trip to Colombia- fell in love, not my first time in Latin America just south, but I want to come back in a year and do it all so taking inspo from this! I also struggled with a bit of altitude sickness in Bogota-flew from sea level without realising it was a problem it sucks! hope your feeling better now Stacey!

Oh my gosh, how was Colombia? That's next on our list along with Patagonia! We just uploaded the second vlog where my altitude sickness was at its worst but i slowly came right over about a week. Crazy how much it affects the body!

OMG you guys are in South America!!! I have been a subscriber since before the pandemic and I have been waiting a long time for you guys to come to this destination I was in Peru in 2004. So beautiful. Cusco, Pisac in the Sacred Valley....the air was so fresh. Hope you guys had Stace take some cocoa tea, which is supposed to help altitude sickness. Loved this vlog, and am excited for this series!! The wait is over!! 😊⛰️🏔🌄

We used a few options (two at once actually haha) an eSIM as well as a local sim. We asked around and people were using all sorts of different local sims with similar success and they're all super cheap and easy. Just go to any telco!
