I absolutely loved the idea of weekly planning. I bought a planner and a tonne of stickers and highlighters. I used it all through my maternity but after starting working full time again I just didn't have the time 🥺 I have however bought a meal time planner recently and love it 😊

I've read the Mistborn trilogy so far. I'm hoping to at least start Warbreaker at the end of this month and finish it in April, and also start and finish Alloy of Law in April. I bought all the hardcovers of The Stormlight Archive except the newest book, teehee. You're making me even more excited to read The Way of Kings now, my goal is to start reading it almost immediately after Alloy of Law (I know I don't HAVE to read Mistborn Era 2 yet, but I need a smaller Sanderson book before jumping into his biggest fattest series ever lmao). Hopefully all of the other books on my TBRs will get fast so I don't fall behind. Btw I love it when you talk about The Stormlight Archive because they look less intimidating when people hype them up.

I have loved Senlin Ascends since it was self-published and entered into the Self Published Fantasy Blog Off (SPFBO) competition hosted by Mark Lawrence! I’m so glad it got picked up by a traditional publisher. The whole series is awesome. Highly recommended!

I’ve been so into fantasy too. That’s mostly just I want to read now too. Mostly fantasy romance. And now I might add sci-fi to that. Also, Brandon Sanderson, this might be the year I read his books. I never really thought about it but he gets a lot good reviews on KZbin. So we’ll see. I love how when you go into the bedroom for the night, that Matilda knows it’s her time to in with you. So sweet. It’s like she has her own little nighttime routine too.

You COULD, but I personally think you should read Mistborn and/or Warbreaker first to 1) acclimate yourself to his writing style and 2) catch some of the Easter eggs he throws in

If you haven’t read much adult fantasy maybe start with mistborn. You could even just read the first entry bc it feels like a complete story. But honestly I think going straight to Way of Kings would be fine either way. Sanderson’s writing is really accessible, Stormlight just has a lot of pages!

You honestly can tbh, but I'll say that starting with Rhythm of War (and the novellas), the series becomes very "Cosmere aware", so maybe read Way of Kings and then go back to Mistborn and Warbreaker at least? You'll love it all I promise!

I actually read Stormlight first and absolutely loved it so I decided to read everything else in the Cosmere. It definitely takes time to understand what is going on and who is who but once you get sucked in, you can't get out.

I watched itaewon class bcs of the main actor as well. But in my opinion, the ladies in it are very problematic which annoyed me so much and brought the ratings down for me.
