Persona Q was such a gem of a game. Great dungeon crawling mechanics, awesome music, a well made story that not only tackled successfully the difficulties to make a cross-over and did it in a satisfactory way, but also managed to spin its own tale in such a brilliant way that it merged the two core messages of P3 and P4 seamlessly. And then... we have PQ2 which is just a good music CD.

this is my absolute favorite persona opening and the song itself is very special to me. the 2nd part of the refrain sounds sadder than the first one, continuing with _sometimes you don't know if you should stay or get off_ and that reminds me of myself, overthinking whether life is even worth living or not, which then results in existential dread and thus suicidal thoughts. though in the end the song is a happy one and there will definitely be times where i am at peace again.

(Hence the theory that the anime is based on new game + Yu) The same goes makoto, if he is based of NG+ makoto, where you already know the story and don't care about your answers. He goes for the slightly funny and somewhat edgy I don't care Also you need to cpnsider what makoto is based on, he is based on the the type of male that women loved in 2006 (when the game was made) which is the emo pretty boy Yu is based on the attractive senior who is great at everything but endearingly weird And ren is the over stylish dude that spends 2 hours fixing himselfnbefore going out
