Few years ago billions of Rs. were spent on Kutchee Canal from north Pk to Dera Bugti. What happened common people don't know. Is Kutchee canal is in operation ? This project was started by Musharraf after he finished the Mirani Dam & Gwadar port in Balochistan , heavy amount of Rs. was being spent for canal in PM days. What happened to this canal project after him , most people don't know , can anybody tell any thing about canal. What happened to billions of Rs. of Pkistani tax payers.
