I also play the way I like to play and I find in this version 3-4-2-1 very good for my style. I always loved AMs and playing possession football. I find a bit overpowered the 4-3-3 and the thing that I hate is that the best coaches in the game use 4-3-3. But still there are a lot of hidden gems which need upgrades, of course.

Thanks doctor in PES for this tuto and to help to choose according our game play I have 4213 with Ajax coach it is good for counter attack. I try to use long ball but in this PES it is not easy. I switch ton4222 Zidane when I want more possession

can tell what players do to have there players ready for the ball pass to them. It seams like everyone press a button as the pass the ball, and they have there team run around very fast to catch as you run pass them

What's the point on that if your opponent have better rating most of times the game automatically defend for them they CF is better than vdj and varane they dmf run all over the pitch in 2 sec this game is stupid as fu full of scrip and glitches

@@Timwang1311 turns out what I thought at the time was incorrect... and as of now I have yet to see a single manager in myClub with Fluid Formation. Currently they are all listed as "Fluid Formation: - ". I presume it woul have to say "Fluid Formation: +" Not sure if they just forgot to implement in myClub. Have not received an answer.

You say 4-2-3-1 is the best counter formation but at the end you say 4-2-3-1 is a good formation when you like to play on possession. Thats confusing me. So, am i looking for a manager with 4-2-3-1 that playes counter or possession?

Depends on the tactics, with the same formation 4-2-3-1 for possession you need to use attacking style possession game and if you like counter attack use attacking style Quick counter.
