Hey bro heres a simplified approach Step 1: Pick a team u want to use in master league Step 2: Select budget to very large and change salary from annual to weekly makes it more simplier Step 3: go to negotiations and you should see a higher amount at the the right Step 4: buy any player you want.

I think you should watch from 5:28 and you will see how much transfer budget I have. You can try this technique with big teams such as real madrid chelsea man utd man city barcelona n etc. 👍

Salary budget is used to pay players wages of you set it to yearly then it will be done in advance but weekly will only deduct players weekly salary when signing contract

On the option menu you should select large as your starring budget and salary display weekly and press ok. Step 3 master league will load up after cutscene go to team management at the top and click on negotiation then look at the top right you will see your transfer budget and salary. Let me know if it worked for you.
