With the rise of AI, do you think modders can add new commentary lines using the commentator's voice? Or is that too far fetched?

It’s defiantly possible having attempted it myself, it would just take a long time to create. I’m also questioning whether it’s possible enough to get AI to convey enough emotion in the way it speaks. No AI voice generator has been able to do that so far that I’ve tested.

@@fletchajx You could do stuff like imitating the inflections of respective commentators and then use AI to turn that audio to the commentator's voice. But i really doubt it's possible to ADD lines, only change them. PES is sadly not very moddable when it comes to adding things.

My fav footy game ever . The ball physics are great but could be 5-10% improved if I were to be very picky . Most realistic football sim . Here's my tip ; increase pitch sounds so sound of contact of ball is fat , decrease other sounds slightly and it'll make you play better !

You're welcome mate . I use a floor standing speaker , to nad hi fi separates connected by aux in cable to panasonic tv/monitor . Then I decrease non important sounds to accentuate pitch sounds . I wanted that fat ball sound that was on the older arcade footy machines and does the job very well .! Excellent work Mr.Fletch

the game is great but most of the people is difficult to understand it because they push 2 buttons all the time.The game is made to play tactical both areas.Atack and defence and not run all the time.The only problem is that you need to pay if you want to play at division1 .

It really isn't the greatest football game ever made, it's absolutely choc full of flaws with the mechanics, but with mods you can at least get it to look nice. PES 2018 was objectively better, gameplay wise, basically the PES games before they rebranded and destroyed the engine with that eFootball garbage. Pro Evolution Soccer 4 is my all time favourite, although showing my age a bit. For me, that was the best one Konami ever made and possibly the best football game ever made.

@@simonecarlomagno They were tough, but at least felt fairly tough, if that makes sense? The garbage we have now just embeds cheap scripts and blatant cheating rubbish within the coding. There is no AI, it's just "lets put rails on the pitch and blow gale force winds at you to slow you down and speed the opposition up." It's madness.

It doesn't get better than PES 2021 modded (With the Football Life megapatch), wich is sad because it's not that good. If we could mod some of the features from older PES games into it, and add depth to BAL and Master League, that will be a masterpiece of football game, but it's technically impossible to do so.

That one unfortunately never changes no matter how many mods I've tried, the Ref is still giving you a red for a shoulder tackle but no card for Ai career ending tackles

I just couldn't get confy with the gameplay of pes 21 , dien't like how it forces you to use r2 and the R joystick to do those nice little movement with the ball , we used to be able to do those with just r2 and the L joystick . Handling 2 joysticks was too much for a boomer like me 😂 . But i agree that it's by far the best football game right now
