Problem with running game on OS Windows 7? After restarting PC game doesn't run! What to do?!
Solution:
1) disable kitserver (with "setup.exe" file);
2) enable kitserver (directly to the "PES 3.exe" file);
3) run the game, enjoy.
Also we can put the compatibility with "Windows XP service pack 3" for the shortcut "PES 3.exe" and add game folder in "exclusion" of your antivirus program.

oh I forgot a question, how do you record at 60 fps? I tried pes 6 with fraps but alawys locks on 30fps, also tried dxtory with same results

I used Fraps for the record PES3 footages with "video capture settings - 60fps". Maybe it because PES 3 was a port from PS and fps limiting was not enabled. Or I'm wrong. Maybe we must have PC configuration like this(?): Core i7 4790K, 16GB DDR3, Radeon 390 8GB. But it's so weird, especially for the 10 yo game. Unlikely anyone will make patch especially for those seasons, it's really hard task. I think that best choice for now - classics patches like "Legends patch".

Thank you, it's just a nostalgic return to old days. If you want to install that patch correctly, I can send you "data_e.afs" file and kitserver for anable a widescreen mode. I think that problem with performance of the game related with poor porting (it was a 1st game for PC from Konami). Therefore requires a powerful PC, strange apply it in relation to the 13 year-old game. :D But it's still a really interesting gameplay until novadays.

You need to reinstall "kitserver" via "setup.exe". This must be done after every PC restart.

Yes, you're right. Even looking at the stadium textures clarifies a lot. Year after year gameplay became more arcade. What to say, - first port/release to PC.
