My oh my, Udinese indeed played way much better than you, they deserved the victory, but I never expected it would be such a huge deficit defeat against them. And if I'm not mistaken, Di Natale wasn't even there, Jesus. Udinese could be the West Brom and Man City version (the Newcastle's kryptonites) in this PES 6. That goalie for Milan is Marco Storari by the way. If you were following Juventus in around 2010-2017, you'd be familiar with his name, cause he was the ever reliable deputy of Gianluigi Buffon in that era. A very good goalkeeper, just he always faced better goalkeepeers when he was at big clubs like Milan and Juve. Gourcuff was also an interesting player. He was regarded as the next Zidane by some French media because of his style of play, including the technique, vision, ball control, shooting, and for me he was a bit better than Zidane in taking free-kicks. But in terms of physical apperance, he was so similar to Kaka, because he was as good looking as Kaka! Sadly, injuries and some reported he had disciplinary isuees meant that his career didn't go as many expected. But in classic versions of PES, he was a very promising and talented young AMF and could play as CMF and SS too if I remember correctly. So if you need a natural AMF to give a fresh option in your team, he would be a great player. Your team's progressing to become better, and it's in the right direction of Mike's hand, who actually supposed to be England's head coach before Thomas Tuchel took it over!
