I liked your video, I play advanced shooting since PES 2013. I agree with most things you say. Also the pauses and explanations are good and will help people. But it's not that advanced shooting has 6 directions of shooting, you can shoot anywhere you want on goal. If you go in "Personal data settings", you can add the cursor for shooting from "Target guide ON", and a small target appear on the center of the goal, and while charging the shot you can move that target anywhere you want on the goal, not only 6 directions. It would make more sense for those who want to learn and move from basic to advanced if they see that visual target and the way it moves on the goal.

For first-time shots you need to press the shoot button first and immediately fix your aim, you can't press a direction first or your player will make an extra touch in most situations. In fact the whole point of Advanced shooting, generally-speaking, is for you to press the shoot button and then immediately choose your direction. Any directional inputs you do right before pressing the shoot button will be taken as pre-shot ball control inputs, affecting your player's posture and the way they attempt to strike the ball. This is also how you choose which leg to strike the ball with (still affected by stats). I'm glad some people are interested in Advanced shooting, but there's a lot of incomplete or straight up incorrect information in this tutorial. I've been using advanced shooting since PES 4, cause it was the "default" and only way to shoot in PES back in the day. It hasn't changed much over the years, except they made it a lot more stat-reliant. It's still the best way to shoot in PES, unless you're some Manual God who's figured out the secret of power manual low-shots or something. I'm glad they nerfed Advanced shooting a bit in PES 2019, although I suspect it simply works a bit worse than before when it comes to players with average stats and is still incredibly powerful with really good players. All in all if i'm in a situation where I shouldn't miss the shot and score my average strikers usually do it with ease, the shots get iffy only if I'm attempting, pardon the pun, more advanced shots, from tight angles or when I don't have much space to work with. Which makes sense.

It might be most complete but it's not complete. there are not 6 directions of shooting, you can shoot anywhere on goal. and you don't need to press R1 at each shot, just when you want controlled shot. If you go in "Personal data settings", you can add the cursor for shooting from "Target guide ON", and a small target appear on the center of the goal. This way you will know exactly where your shot will go.

Did something change after DP3? I miss almost everything and I usually use only 50% of power charge, do I need to move left stick in half or something instead of full in order to shot more accurate? Aiming top corners is the worst, even quick tapping the shot button = shot over the bar (and there was an empty goal...) Edit: Also, what about headers? I found they are great when aiming bottom corner, but - is 100% power charge worth it?

for all who thinks u can learn that in 2-3days and complaining about the advanced shot and tutorial :-) it takes a lot lot lot lot lot of time training u need to love that way of shot from beginning to get thru the learning process it takes me about 4-5 months till i was like i can controll it savely from long short fast under pressure and everything and to win easy games with it but in the end i can everyone who has a shot technique love recommend it :)

@@NXHPES make please a video on the direction and elaborate how and what you press by showing a hand cam please. My shots are off target too often times. Otherwise I handle the ad shooting good. Sometimes also the player turn. So I need to know the timings of the buttons and the order I need to press and how much I can tilt the LS. Please explain it in a video. And of course a great video

It's a good video, useful information. But try doing all these in super star difficulty. Wouldn't be as easy as shown. In fact none of the tricks and ideas are easy to do in Superstar difficulty. The AI is super aggressive and defending very well.

SS difficulty is one of the biggest BS on PES and FIFA as well. I like playing against it sometimes when the service is in maintenance, but It is made for you to lose. Your players will make some stupid mistake in defense and they will score, its GK is god, and they will win 1-0 or 2-1 lol...if you play many times, on friendly matches, you will win the 3th or 4th match... lol is always the same thing... it is made for you to lose, keep trying, and win someday. In fact, I am 800 in my club, but I have seen players with more than 1500 points, showing the same pattern.. they lose, lose, lose because your players are slow or disoriented, and then they win.. just look on youtube for "danny anakin dificultad imbatible" he was the top 1 in spain in pes 2018 and he lost 5 times against SS difficulty lol.... he is not worse, the match is scripted for him to lose. It is too obvious once you have a few matches against it, thats why they do not use it too often my club challenges. Good luck!

Konami made the directions totally non intuitive. They could at least made it to match actual spots when attacking to the right goal. For example LS to the lower right corner would make player shoot lower right corner, top left corner - shoot top left corner. It would be only slightly different when attacking to the left goal, but at least top/down would still match!

@@Heart0rHead no they're not. The camera goes from side to side not end to end so according to what you see the controls pick out each corner in a way that makes perfect sense.

@@leonleeson5904 That depends on what is intuitive to given person. You are relating the controls to the screen. I on the other hand always relate to imaginary "being in front of goal" view. I would say current controls are inferior as they are "ok" when attacking from left to right. Other way around is a total mess. Konami should make it advanced shooting customizable.

I don't even get what way you would suggest because other than using another form of button combinations for low shots there wouldn't be an easy way of providing the variation. What's your suggestion then seeing as you think you could improve it? Because the way you suggested is unnatural and would still be flipped when going for the other goal, football games haven't been top down and end-to-end vertically for about two decades so why would the controls make sense as such...

Now the controls you would expect are like this: goo.gl/VPPNYA (just like when you hit a penalty in PES). I go for the same directions when playing a match - it's just instincts, hard to change that. It's universal for me, regardless in which direction I'm attacking. Now please explain to me, how default advanced shot controls are intuitive when you attack from left to right, then from right to left? E chuyển r mà ad, hay là do giữ cần lâu quá ạ, chứ e để chế độ basic lúc đi bóng chéo vào gôn thì hâu như sút toàn vào, còn để adv sút toàn miss, xong bọn bạn còn bảo thằng này dạo này đéo đủ trình đá vs chúng nó mới cay chứ ad ạ =)), e muốn học sút kiểu adv mà sao khó quá, sút trái chuối cũng hầu như toàn bay quá cột dọc

Can someone please explain to how the aiming system works in opposites. I’m switching from FIFA to PES for 20 and the aiming looks weird how for a low shot you’ve gotta aim top left with the stick. NXH PES basically I used to play PES in late 90’s early 2000’s then fully switched off to FIFA 2004. I was playing both up until then. I always download PES demos but then stick to FIFA because I know how to play with my style. Thank you for sending the direction guide. I’ve re-downloaded PES 19 demo to mess around this weekend and then wait until PES 20 drops. Just confused me with the directions but I’ll check your guide. Wicked channel liked and subbed. Thế càng khó, lực càng nhiều sút càng thiếu chính xác thôi. Nếu như sút 1 chạm, thế tiếp bóng lại khó thì tốt nhất bạn nên full lực và thả hướng để cầu hên (nếu có khoảng trống), còn chơi chắc thì dùng kỹ thuật để đưa vào vị trí thuận lợi hơn rồi mới sút. Sút ad khi thuần thục nếu đối phương không chỉnh gôn thì nói thẳng là éo có cửa, quá là overpow :))

Quan trọng nhất là nhìn thế cầu thủ mà chọn hướng sút cho thoải mái, nếu cầu thủ xịn có thể sút 2 vuông hoặc R1 vuông, R2 vuông (nếu tư thế thoải mái). Hậu vệ hoặc trung vệ mà lên sút thì thả luôn hướng cầu hên (có khi còn lên trời luôn). Căng ngang vào bạn nên đá thật ít lực và có kèm R2, kinh nghiệm mình thì nhiều lực ở các cú sút 1 chạm chỉ khiến bóng đi không chuẩn xác (trừ các trường hợp có skill first-time shot, nhưng cũng là 1 cách cầu hên nếu biết k sút chắc chắn mắt bóng). I just never find the advanced shooting necessary, seems like I have zero issues aiming with the normal method and it's much easier in my opinion.

Don't use ad shot in PES2019. Almost every single goal he presented in the video is accomplished by a player of 85+ (or at least 80+) finishing accuracy. From my point view, it is meaningless to used ad shot with players of that high finishing. It is a very good video, I have to admit. But nevertheless, basic shot is far more easier and better in PES2019.

Mình muốn nêu ý kiến về kinh nghiệm của mình về vấn đề nhiều bạn sút advan hay ra ngoài, phần lớn là cách tiếp xúc lúc sút, bóng cách người một khoảng một xải chân thì thường ko chính xác mà ra ngoài, hãy cố gắng làm sao khi sút bóng sát người một cách tối đa , nhiều bạn đang chạy sút luôn rất hay ra ngoài, NXH PES có thể xem xét xem đó có phải lý do nh người chỉnh hướng đúng vẫn hay ra ngoài k, đây là kinh nghiệm của mình từ sút toàn trượt đến khi sút 10/10 mong bạn thử nghiệm

Show us the goals. I am not saying one cannot score with finishing less than 60. If you just try both ad shot and basic shot during the same situation, people will know the differences.

it's harder so you need to toggle your button slightly different

some of your shot are off target as probably you hold too much on the direction you want to shoot and the cursor went outside. Sometimes also charging the shot too much causes this, but less often. If you go in "Personal data settings", you can add the cursor for shooting from "Target guide ON", and a small target appear on the center of the goal. This way you will see why your shots go outside. I hope it helps u
