Always check skin to see if the pimples come out easily. Don't use a blade, needle, or lance unless you have to because it bleeds the customer and sets up infection. All you need to do is squeeze from a different angle not cutting.

Rather than removing the crust of the pore for the pimple to come out, the person cuts the skin. That's the cause of the bleeding. Extremely poorly done. Plus, most of the pimple stayed inside the skin.😮

Yes, I agree with you but I think we may be outnumbered. I think the tech is using the tool with a blade ( not my favorite tool) beçause the substance inside is thick, waxy making it difficult to just squeeze it out without tearing the skin.

@lizlee5052 I think she does need to at least poke them so they come out easier but I think she is cutting too much around the blackhead. Just a cut right on top would do. They are big and deep though. When they are this big you end up with big holes in the face for some. In the US some of these pores a doctor make even throw a small stitch in.
