Strong points from Stephen! His document Climate Change Guidelines for Pest Management is a really important starting point on how we're looking at carbon emissions. Also important to note that, at the root of all carbon neutrality measures, doing pest management the RIGHT way is half of the recipe. Having a strong pest risk management focus in pest programmes helps to eliminate unnecessary input (chemicals, plastics, consumption) into our environment, while addressing the root causes of pest risks directly before they become an infestation.
