Awesome league and content ! Round 3 game 2, Pestilence trigger is at the beginning of the end step so if you wipe the board during the end step you get to keep the Pestilence. Neat little trick that might win games in fringe cases.

Could you talk about pestilence and your thoughts post mh3. You seemed really hyped for it but the devoid cards seem great against guardian. I hope you talk about it next podcast!

@@ben668 happily, i think mainly ponza really punishes control decks like pestilence and why i am less hyped for it pos mh3 will happily try it soon

Do you think this deck has a chance against mono red? blue decks like UB or UR? nice vids! didn't thought it would outplay the BG gardens which has similar style. Gratz!

I think so if red get a nuts draw i doubt you will have a chance as you have a fair bit of tap lands but you have the tools to beat them. Again the less pressure they have the more time you have, you can use campfire to go through your deck and deck them, its long winded but yeah i do think it does

@@TeasdaleMTG tnx for sharing! I have always wanted bw pestilence to be tier1. This is a great start. Been working on a similar list but with kami of false hope and grim combo with prismatic strand to stalll the game until i can land pestilence. More vids hoepfully!!

How would you sideboard for red. And with the abundance of red would you consider moving parts of the side to main

Id say +3 DBC +1 Fumes -2 Snuff out - 2 Wellspring

@@ben668 totally reasonable. However your set up is okay against red you have a lot of inspectors to throw under the bus and a lot of lifegain to get to pest blow for 2. Dont be afraid to waste pest for a clear. Also utilise taking damage to end step a pest to get a turn with it.
