Succesful Ground Zero Raid! - PVE Series - #3 - Escape from Tarkov

I'm really liking PVE mode. I was getting really fed up of waiting 10 minutes every raid to get in to a game. Just to be insta killed in 30 seconds and then have to wait another 10 minutes. I could never get in the mood either. To play normal Tarkov, I would really have to get my sweaty try hard pants on and after coming home from work I just couldn't be bothered a lot of the time. PVE may be easy mode, but it's making me get back in to it and I'm actually enjoying it :)

I feel you sm, I Never had the motivation to go further than 200hours and never passed some of the Beginning quests, I was enjoying it but my old girl ass (30😂) was too bad to really enjoy vs ppl who already know everthing..😂 Now pve made me reinstall yesterday and OMG it feels fokin awesome. Its like those gamma/misery mods on stalker game series which i'd recommend foshore (and its free, but old af ngl)

Nah sometimes the ai are on a revenge mission all cracked out and will head eyes you across map after it agros you through 20 buildings or some have just been shot In the head to many times and are just zoned out lmao

Ok.. Lets get one thing clear.. You are not streaming ENOUGH PVE :D I have only purchased EFT because of PVE, and I am enjoying it immensely. Your videos are helping me in finding my way around and sorting the quests, however I die a bit more than you do ;) Do 2 - 3 hours at the time.. Uncut if need be.. I would watch it all... I am following ACEZ EFT but he runs a Hardcore run, and I am not enjoying that as much as seeing what you can do with all you have available. So. Do what you can.. you are doing great..

@PestilyTV on 33:38 you got the Raid XP and going over level 9 back in Menu after handing in all quests 36:20 you are not even level 9. PVE is so fucked tell Niki to fix his sh**...! Also Scav Rep is broken not counting sometimes...no rep for killing Ai Player...getting rep reset every 2 days (-0.10)...etc.

It's not lost xp, it's a UI bug that's double counting XP received from raid. My guess is that it's occurring due to the change in when the character information is updated to accommodate the switch from an online server to locally hosted. In PvP, everything is updated on serverside once you've gone through the after action report. So the value is accurate to the xp total before the raid begins. In PvE, everything is granted at the immediate end of the raid. The After action UI then grabs that value, and then adds the gained xp in the raid again on top.

Man, I try to watch these for some insight as a new-ish player but it's just unhelpful. Not only is Pestily an incredible fps player, but he uses pay-to-win guns and as a standard edition noob I don't even have access to the shit he uses in part 1 onward.

Its AI Scavs and AI PMCs in the raid. If you enter solo, the bosses will spawn 100% of the time. So its basically you against the whole mal full of AI. And they are quite nasty, if you stay in a spot long enough fighting, they will swarm you too. Its fun. I loved Tarkov before, but im Bad at pvp and the hackers made it even more frustating. But pve is literally what i needed to enjoy the game fully.

But you can join any map with up to 4 friends, so its not pure solo gameplay.

@@capitaldcolon1795 Hmmm my friends dont play tarkov so its solo for me and thats just boring to me i like the random encounters of gray zone warfare in the pve , makes it feel more alive tarkov pvp its hackers and sweat lords pve its just me think my tarkov days are over

@@Deathscythe91 Try SPTarkov and SAIN AI mod.. really bumps up the AI and makes you work for your stuff, if you find the standard PvE AI a bit.. braindead..

@@Wirenfeldt1990 its still only just me and a.i like i said , thats the boring part for me thats why i play gray zone warfare now pve and you still come across random players for interaction makes the game feel alive i cant just randomly have some fun with a.i .... pve tarkov is even more serious mode when solo lol no fun
