Hey....I just got this stroller today. Amazing! I had one from Petsmart and it was poor quality and falling apart. This new stroller is so much nicer. You are so correct, it's huge! I found out the cup holder just gets put into one pen, not two. It just kind of hangs and you can use it. Thanks for this great review!! We love ours!

Hello!! I am so glad you love it!! We also started with a cheaper one and you can really see the difference in quality when you go from those PetSmart strollers to something like the PetGear. It is awesome your pups will have so much room to move freely! lol I finally figured out the cup holder it makes a lot of sense hanging from the one nail and not two lol. Thanks again for watching!!

Nope. They still haven't resolved the shaky wheel issue. Really unacceptable that a simple fix like that isn't resolved after about 4 years. All of your assessments were spot on. I just received one and the fabric is ripped. I have a $10 one from a yard sale and the fabric is SO thick! I put in for an exchange but I hope I'm making the right decision! Mine does have a newer version/nicer cup holder and a button visor clip instead of the latch style you have....

Totally agree. I've got the exact same stroller as this & have had nothing but trouble with it from the start. The front wheels shake/wobble like mad if you start walking too fast. The air tires are FOREVER getting punctures & costs a fortune in replacement inner tubes. The quality of the material (considering that the maximum cabin weight allowed is 40kg) is really thin & of poor quality. The wheels go rusty really quickly & need regular cleaning & polishing (living in the UK we have PLENTY of rainfall throughout the year!) The only thing that (I feel) is a definite positive about this stroller is how spacious it is inside- if you have multiple dogs it's perfect. My 3 pugs fit in no problem & there's plenty of spare room to stretch out/lie down etc too. Another issue (if you're in the UK) is that their customer service is based only in the USA. So trying to get any replacement parts or help with anything is just more mither & expense than it's actually worth. I was hugely disappointed with this stroller, for what I paid for it I expected years of hassle free usage from it- not 2 years of continuous issues. Have now got a 'retro' Innopet stroller instead as just wanted rid of this one quite frankly!

First of all, thank you for your videos, very informative. I do however have a couple questions. How compact does this stroller fold down? You stop folding it before I could get the true idea of it folded down. (I have a car) Also, how is this stroller in regards to fitting through household doors etc.

Hi- Thanks for this review, it's so detailed! What size is this stroller? I saw they make one now that has the cupholder tray on top and has a 28" inner basket for the dog. Do you find that the stroller tips over at all when you turn, or does it stay pretty sturdy? Thanks!

Ok so I’m at a point where I have a Pomeranian x chihuahua Pipi then we have a Labrador Princess so I’m thinking of getting the gen7pets promenade pet stroller cause when our Labrador passes away we will be getting another Pomeranian x chihuahua so until then I’m guessing I’ll walk our 12yr old Labrador beside the stroller she doesn’t have any problems with her she’s just old but my Pomeranian x chihuahua get exhausted in long walks so I’m getting a stroller to help out and when we go to events with our dogs live pet events where you bring your dogs with you and Pipi is afraid of greyhounds cause she got attacked by two of them in our dog park close to us the greyhounds thought she must’ve been a rabbit but that might help at events where she scared and stressed.
