Thank you whole qurit team for putting forward these informative lectures. Special thanks to Mr. Arman Rahmin. I have one query related to absolute quantitation in PET Imaging, How can we measure the absolute activity of any sample of positron emitter by imaging it from PET scanner. Thanks

You calibrate your images to the units of Activity [Bq]/cc by scanning a source (Ge-68 cylinder or radioactive water cylinder, as an example) with known radioactivity.
