For me, it's when someone says something like "You could be in a slump", and I mishear them and ask "What did you say?" Then they say "You could just be having a bad day", and I'm like... "No, that is not what you said. You said something that sounded like 'You're a good penis lump', which is why I asked you to repeat yourself." If I ask you what you said, don't paraphrase! How am I supposed to figure out what I misheard if you change what you said?

About the singing under your breath thing, I know some people (including myself) who sing under their breath because they know they /can't/ sing, but enjoy it. And so sing very quietly when other people are around. I know I would be embarrassed if someone heard me, and might react just like that.

When people say "ooh look at this" and I say "I don't really like it." And they go on an hour long explanation about how I should like it, because they like it. #1 reminds me of steph from "ashleyandsteph07".
